Job summary

Cafe Zupas is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations with a focus on people and service. Enjoy a stable schedule with no Sundays, two days off each week, and 15 paid days off/holidays, plus a quarterly bonus plan and 401K.

You will mentor staff, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure smooth front- and back-of-house operations while fostering a positive, growth-minded team culture.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of leadership experience in restaurant or retail industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality/Restaurant management a plus.
• Available to work a five-day set schedule.
• Experience mentoring a team.
• Detail-oriented, growth minded, and a self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant (front or back of house).
• Develop team members by providing direction and feedback.
• Cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude within the team.
• Form authentic relationships with guests.
