Job summary

Cattle Baron Restaurants is seeking an Assistant Manager for one of our NM locations. Under the General Manager, you will plan, direct, and coordinate operations and personnel for a single restaurant, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and financial targets.

We offer a competitive salary starting around $50,000 per year, with opportunities for advancement, a sign-on bonus, and relocation options. Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance are provided along with two weeks of paid vacation

Qualifications

• One year or more full service or fast food Management experience.
• Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monitors restaurant operations to ensure food quality and customer service meet high standards.
• Counts money, runs reports, and uses a computer.
• Enforces company policies and procedures; acts as an effective supervisor and communicator.
• Maintains the Manager's log and documents events.
• Assists with interviews, schedules, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensures guest satisfaction with food quality and service.
• Aids General Manager with cost controls and profitability.
• Creates staff schedules and orders supplies.
