Job summary

You will help with brand training, daily operations, and profitability while ensuring compliance with Dunkin' standards and franchisee policies. Strong leadership and servant attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Basic math and financial management.
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Lead team meetings with Restaurant Manager.
• Oversee Brand Training programs and certifications.
• Maintain guest-focused culture and improve guest satisfaction.
• Ensure brand standards, recipes and systems are executed.
• Assist with weekly labor schedules to meet guest demand.
• Support procurement and inventory management.
