The Hilton Minneapolis is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team! In this role, you will support the operations team in overseeing our restaurant outlets and in-room dining services.

Preferred candidates will:

• Have experience managing multiple outlets
• Have experience in a mid-high volume, beverage-driven setting

This is a Full-Time position requiring full availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Salary Range: $52,000 - $54,000

What will I be doing?

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will assist in directing and organizing activities of a hotel food and beverage outlet (restaurant, lounge, room service, coffee shop, etc.) to ensure an excellent guest experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in managing operations, including guest service standards, product quality, cost controls, profitability, marketing, systems management, budgeting, policy enforcement, and meetings
• Monitoring and developing team member performance through supervision, counseling, evaluations, and recognition
• Assessing product quality, service, and satisfaction trends, addressing issues, and implementing improvements
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol standards
• Implementing marketing and upselling techniques to maximize revenue
• Recruiting, interviewing, and training team members
