The Hilton Minneapolis is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team! In this role, you will support the operations team in overseeing our restaurant outlets and in-room dining services.

The preferred candidate will:

• Have experience managing multiple outlets
• Have worked in a high-volume, beverage-driven environment

This is a Full-Time position, requiring availability on nights, weekends, and holidays.

Salary Range: $52,000 - $54,000

What will I be doing?

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will assist in directing and organizing activities of our food and beverage outlets to ensure an excellent guest experience. Responsibilities include:

• Supporting operations including guest service standards, product quality, cost control, profitability, marketing, budgeting, and policy enforcement
• Monitoring and developing team performance through supervision, counseling, evaluations, and recognition
• Assessing product quality and service satisfaction, addressing issues, and implementing improvements
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol standards
• Implementing marketing and upselling strategies to maximize revenue
• Participating in recruiting, interviewing, and training team members
