Burrito Concepts Llc is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager for Qdoba in Jonesboro, AR. You will support the GM with guest service, staff training, and operations across shifts.

The role requires leadership, people management, and a passion for hospitality. Expect a minimum annual salary of $43,000 with benefits and opportunities for advancement. This is a full-time on-site position in Jonesboro.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous management or supervisory experience.
• Ability to communicate in English; Spanish helpful.
• Fundamental reading, writing, math and computer/ POS skills.
• Must complete in-house management training program.

Responsibilities

• Maintain fast, accurate service that models excellent hospitality.
• Assist with training, monitoring, and reinforcing food safety procedures.
• Partner with leadership to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Assist in managing food and labor costs.
• Assist in monitoring food inventory levels.
• Manage and maintain safe working conditions.
• Develop team members and reduce turnover.
• Provide training for team members and direct reports.
• Strive for continual improvement of quality, service, and cleanliness.
