Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc., an independent Hardee’s franchisee, is hiring a Restaurant Manager/Assistant for Indian River Rd. You will lead and motivate the team, ensure food quality and safety, coach crew, and drive profitability with strong guest service standards.

Qualifications

• 2 years of management experience required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to work flexible shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager.
• Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant per company standards.
• Schedule sufficient staff to handle guest flow and manage labor costs.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of management.
• Maintain inventory and ordering to meet food cost standards.
• Ensure safety, sanitation and cleanliness standards are met.
