We have an opening for an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Gene's Bistro!

  • Pay: $62,000 - $64,000 / year

Essential Functions:
  • Train, develop, and communicate with the team of Food Travel Experts in front of house and back of house.
  • Implement and maintain guest service standards and brand specifications.
  • Maintain merchandising standards, display presentations, signage, and monitor inventory levels.
  • Develop, plan, and assign daily goals, tasks, and team member responsibilities.
  • Manage, supervise, and evaluate team member performance, providing feedback and disciplinary actions as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and health/sanitation standards.
Skills and Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience in a full-service bar/restaurant environment.
  • Minimum 1 year of kitchen management experience in a professional restaurant or production kitchen preferred.
