As an assistant restaurant manager at SSP America, there are growth and expansion opportunities. SSP America operates over 20 units within Sky Harbor Airport, including full-service restaurants, quick service, coffee shops, and grab-and-go locations, such as Four Peaks, PHX Beer Co., Tarbell's Tavern, Pei Wei, Dunkin Donuts, Humble Pie, and more.

Essential Functions

  • Train, develop, and communicate with the Food Travel Experts team in front and back of house.
  • Implement and maintain guest service standards and brand specifications.
  • Maintain merchandising, display, signage standards, and monitor inventory.
  • Develop, plan, and assign daily goals, tasks, and team member responsibilities.
  • Manage, supervise, and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and disciplinary actions as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and health/sanitation standards.

Skills and Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience in a full-service, bar-inclusive environment.
  • Minimum 1 year of kitchen management experience preferred.
