Mighty Fine Burgers, Fries & Shakes in Austin is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to lead FOH and BOH operations, ensuring guest service and food quality meet our high standards.

In this role you will train and supervise staff, manage scheduling, and use restaurant software such as Aloha or Toast. You will work opening hours including weekends and holidays, with a focus on cost control and delivering an exceptional dining experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Restaurant Assistant Manager or similar role.
• Experience with restaurant management software (Aloha/Toast).
• Strong math and reporting skills.
• Customer service oriented.
• Excellent communication and team management abilities.
• Willingness to work opening hours, including holidays and weekends.
• High school diploma; hospitality certification is a plus.
