You will collaborate with culinary and service teams, manage scheduling, inventory, and quality standards to reflect MGM Resorts’ excellence. The role requires supervisory experience, strong guest service skills, and the ability to work varied shifts including

Qualifications

• Two years of prior relevant experience.
• Three years of food and beverage experience to include supervisory/management experience preferred.
• Previous experience working in an upscale restaurant establishment preferred.

• Supervise floor service in dining rooms during hours of operation.

You will collaborate closely with culinary and service teams, manage scheduling and staff performance, uphold inventory and quality standards, and ensure that every detail—from reservations to service execution—reflects the excellence synonymous with our brand.
