Assistant Restaurant Manager - Crowne Plaza Atlanta Perimeter at Ravinia

Hotel: Atlanta Perimeter at Ravinia (ATLCP), 4355 Ashford Dunwoody Road, 30346

Join us as an Assistant Restaurant Manager, where you'll support the leadership of our food and beverage operations, ensuring guests have memorable experiences whether attending conferences or enjoying leisure visits.

A typical day includes:

  1. Assisting in directing, coaching, and developing our hospitality team
  2. Supporting the delivery of exceptional guest and corporate experiences by maintaining high standards and innovating ways to exceed expectations
  3. Ensuring food and beverage standards align with responsible business practices
  4. Collaborating with the finance team to manage budgets and drive revenue
  5. Overseeing multiple outlets, kitchens, banquet, and convention facilities, along with managing managers and supervisors

Qualifications we seek:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience, including management roles
  • Proficiency in the local language
  • Necessary certifications or permits as required by local authorities
