Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in running great shifts, meeting company and brand standards. You will take ownership of responsibilities, solve problems with a smile, seek help when needed, and guide team members. Your role includes managing inventory, maintaining financial accountability, and ensuring the delivery of safe, quality food in a timely manner, all while maintaining a safe environment for employees and customers.

Job Requirements and Essential Functions

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• 50-hour work week.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills, basic business math and accounting skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, lifting up to 50 lbs., and cleaning outdoor areas.
