Culinaire, a Compass Group USA company, is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to help run day-to-day food service operations at our Miami-area venues.

The role supervises staff, ensures service excellence, assists with catering events, and supports leadership with financial responsibilities. Requirements include 4 years of supervisory experience, luxury hospitality exposure, and MS Office skills; ServSafe preferred.

Qualifications

• 4 years of food service supervisory or lead experience.
• Luxury hotel exp.
• Experience managing cost controls is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• ServSafe Certification is preferred.
• Associate’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Trains, manages, and develops hourly associates.
• Rolls out new culinary programs with culinary and marketing teams.
• Oversees ordering, inventory and cost controls.

Summary: The Assistant Restaurant Manager, will assist in the day-to-day food service operation. The position entails ensuring the standards of excellence are met, supervises staff, and may support leadership with financial responsibilities.

• Manages all functional areas of the restaurant.
• Trains, manages, and develops hourly associates.
• Rolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with the company culinary and marketing team.
