In this role, you will help run efficient shifts, uphold Charter Foods standards, and ensure excellent customer service. Job Requirements and Essential Functions

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• Availability for a 50-hour work week.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Reliable transportation.
• Basic business math, accounting skills, and strong decision-making abilities.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, lifting up to 50 lbs., and cleaning outdoor areas.
