You will help run shifts, meet company and brand standards, and ensure quality service. Your role involves problem-solving with a positive attitude, guiding team members, managing inventory, and maintaining financial accountability. Your friendly demeanor will help deliver safe, quality food promptly and maintain a safe environment for employees and customers.

Job Requirements and Essential Functions

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• 50-hour work week.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Basic business math, accounting, and strong decision-making skills.
• Able to perform physical tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, lifting up to 50 lbs., and cleaning outdoor areas.
