Charter Foods is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to help run efficient shifts and uphold brand standards. You will support the Restaurant General Manager, guide team members, and ensure timely, safe, quality food service.

The role requires supervisory experience in food service or retail, ability to handle a 50-hour work week, and basic math/accounting skills. A reliable transportation and basic computer literacy are a must.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• 50-Hour Work Week.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills
• Able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves, lift and carry out trash containers, and place them in an outside bin.
• Able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant.
• Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., and stooping during 80% of shift time.

Responsibilities
