Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in running effective shifts and maintaining Charter Foods standards and brand standards. You will take ownership of your responsibilities, solve problems with a positive attitude, and guide team members. Your role includes ensuring team members complete their duties, managing inventory, and maintaining financial accountability. Your friendly demeanor will help ensure the delivery of safe, quality food to customers promptly, and you will play a key role in maintaining a safe environment for employees and customers.

Job Requirements and Essential Functions

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• 50-Hour Work Week
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy
• Reliable transportation
• Basic business math and accounting skills, with strong analytical and decision-making abilities
• Ability to perform physical tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, lifting, and trash removal
• Ability to clean the parking lot and surrounding grounds
• Ability to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., and stooping during 80% of shift time
