Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager. Your role will involve running shifts, meeting company and brand standards, and ensuring excellent customer service. Responsibilities include managing team members, overseeing inventory, maintaining financial accountability, and ensuring a safe environment for both employees and customers.

Job Requirements and Essential Functions

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• Availability to work a 50-hour work week.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Strong business math, accounting, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, lifting up to 50 lbs., and maintaining the restaurant grounds.
