Your role will involve managing shifts, meeting company and brand standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will take ownership of problem-solving, guide team members, manage inventory, and maintain financial accountability. Job Requirements and Essential Functions

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, including profit and loss responsibility.
• 50-hour work week.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Reliable transportation.
• Basic math, accounting, and analytical skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, lifting up to 50 lbs., and maintaining cleanliness of parking lot and surroundings.
