• Have at least five (5) years of restaurant/retail and people management experience
• Proven ability to strategize and implement improvements based on P&Ls
• Digitally driven with proficiency and interest in various tools and platforms
• Strong written, verbal, supervisory, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong understanding of restaurant maintenance programs and implementation

The salary range for this role is $60,000-80,000, depending on geographic location and experience. Compensation may vary based on location, laws, experience, and other job-related factors.
