Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager. Your role will involve managing shifts, meeting Charter Foods standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will take ownership of resolving issues with a positive attitude, guide team members, manage inventory, and maintain financial accountability. Your friendly demeanor will help deliver safe, quality food promptly and ensure a safe environment for employees and customers.

Job Requirements and Essential Functions

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• 50-hour work week.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Reliable transportation.
• Basic business math, accounting, and strong decision-making skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, lifting up to 50 lbs., and maintaining cleanliness of the parking lot and grounds.
