Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in running effective shifts and maintaining Charter Foods standards. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will take ownership of your responsibilities, solve problems with a positive attitude, and guide team members. Your role includes managing inventory, ensuring financial accountability, and delivering safe, quality food promptly. You will also play a key role in maintaining a safe environment for employees and customers.

Job Requirements and Essential Functions

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• 50-hour work week.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills, basic business math, and accounting skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, lifting up to 50 lbs., and maintaining cleanliness of the parking lot and surrounding grounds.
