Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in running effective shifts and maintaining standards. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will take ownership of tasks, solve problems with a positive attitude, and guide team members. You will ensure all duties are completed, manage inventory, and uphold financial accountability. Your friendly demeanor will help deliver safe, quality food promptly and maintain a safe environment for employees and customers.

Job Requirements and Essential Functions

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• 50-Hour Work Week
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy
• Reliable transportation
• Basic business math and accounting skills, strong decision-making skills
• Ability to sweep, mop, dust, lift, carry trash, and clean the parking lot and grounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and stoop for 80% of shift time.
