Job Responsibilities

1. Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, product quality, cleanliness, and standards compliance.
2. Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing, and communicating company and guest expectations.
3. Coach, teach, and motivate team members to maintain high-quality guest service and safety standards.
4. Understand and apply cost control procedures, financial accounting, inventory management, and labor management.

Minimum Qualifications

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift/carry objects up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during shifts.
• Exposure to flashing lights, mechanical parts, loud noise, and extreme weather conditions.
