Qualifications

  • At least 21 years of age (subject to local law for alcohol service).
  • One year of management experience or six months as an Opening Coordinator.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness, and upholding product and guest service standards.
  • Build sales and maximize profits by effectively recruiting, training, developing, and motivating your team to meet company and guest expectations.
  • Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure a safe, clean, and efficient environment.
  • Understand cost control procedures, inventory, financials, and labor management.
  • Take ownership of an Area of Impact (AOI) in one of four areas and rotate through each:
  • The Kitchen — manage product ordering, food safety, scheduling, and cleanliness. Oversee pizza dough preparation, cooking, and other menu items.
  • Sales — oversee the Cashier, Salad Bar, and Gift Shop. Monitor sales results, upselling, inventory, ordering, and profitability. Ensure quality at the Salad Bar and in prep procedures.
  • Showroom — lead birthday party planning and execution. Maximize bookings and guest satisfaction while optimizing seating.
  • Gameroom — partner with the Technical Manager to keep games and equipment in top condition, analyze gameplay data, and maintain cleanliness and guest readiness.

Minimum Qualifications:

Essential Job Functions and Work Environment:
  • Lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during shifts
  • Work environment includes flashing lights, mechanical parts, loud noise, and exposure to various weather conditions
