Job summary

KFC is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager in Kentucky to help lead daily operations and drive guest satisfaction. You will partner with the General Manager to set goals, oversee a friendly, clean, and efficient restaurant, and guide team members through training and development to ensure top performance.

You will manage guest interactions, uphold high standards of food quality and cleanliness, and foster a positive, fast-paced team culture while meeting business targets and ensuring smooth

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate high standards in customer service, cleanliness, and quality.
• Be able to train and develop team members.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
