Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, seeks an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in running effective shifts and upholding Charter Foods standards and brand standards. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will take ownership of your responsibilities, solve problems with a positive attitude, and guide team members. You will ensure that duties are completed, manage inventory, and maintain financial accountability. Your friendly demeanor will help deliver safe, quality food promptly and maintain a safe environment for employees and customers.

Job Requirements and Essential Functions

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• 50-hour work week.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Basic business math, accounting skills, and strong decision-making abilities.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, lifting up to 50 lbs., and maintaining cleanliness of parking lot and grounds.
