Pay Range

This range is provided by Finney Hospitality Group. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

  • Base pay range: $50,000.00/yr - $55,000.00/yr
  • Additional compensation: Annual Bonus
Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent guest experiences through knowledgeable and efficient management of food and beverage service.
  • Oversee all aspects of your assigned Area of Responsibility (AOR), maintaining high standards and restaurant reputation.
  • Lead in Service, Kitchen, or Bar, with responsibilities detailed in the AOR Management Outlines.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff; conduct training sessions; recognize performance; address issues.
  • Manage inventory levels, coordinate with vendors, and implement control measures.
  • Ensure a memorable guest experience, monitor feedback, and address concerns.
  • Maintain compliance with laws and safety protocols; conduct inspections.
  • Identify operational improvements, collaborate across departments, and manage food quality and costs.
Minimum Requirements
  • Work at least 45 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Maintain responsible alcohol service certification and ServSafe Manager Certification.
  • Attend professional development meetings; participate in bonus incentives and receive benefits.
