- Base pay range: $50,000.00/yr - $55,000.00/yr
- Additional compensation: Annual Bonus
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent guest experiences through knowledgeable and efficient management of food and beverage service.
- Oversee all aspects of your assigned Area of Responsibility (AOR), maintaining high standards and restaurant reputation.
- Lead in Service, Kitchen, or Bar, with responsibilities detailed in the AOR Management Outlines.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff; conduct training sessions; recognize performance; address issues.
- Manage inventory levels, coordinate with vendors, and implement control measures.
- Ensure a memorable guest experience, monitor feedback, and address concerns.
- Maintain compliance with laws and safety protocols; conduct inspections.
- Identify operational improvements, collaborate across departments, and manage food quality and costs.
Minimum Requirements
- Work at least 45 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Maintain responsible alcohol service certification and ServSafe Manager Certification.
- Attend professional development meetings; participate in bonus incentives and receive benefits.
