We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable fast food dining experience. The Restaurant Manager is passionate about providing Guests with the best experience possible. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee guest services and resolve issues.
• Manage food and chicken orders.
• Train and coach team members.
• Run daily shifts.
• Forecast and create crew schedules.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations.
• Supervise product production.
• Unload and stock inventory items as needed.
• Maintain prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts.
• Act with integrity and honesty, and promote the culture of High Noon Popeyes.
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Interact positively and professionally with Guests and coworkers.
• Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations and work multiple stations.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Demands

• Lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, and up to 15 pounds frequently.
• Carry products/boxes and miscellaneous items weighing no more than 60 pounds.
• Operate registers consistently.
• Handle product preparation regularly.
• Kneel and follow proper lifting procedures.
• Stoop and pick up supplies and trash frequently.
• Push doors to open and close, including storage shed, cooler, and freezers.
• Stand during customer service and training sessions.
• Communicate effectively with team members and Guests.
• Lift items for product preparation, stocking, and inventory.
