Summary

Barrel & Bushel is a contemporary American-style restaurant & bar located on the Plaza level of Hyatt Regency Tysons Corner Center. This barrel-forward restaurant offers 20+ local & regional craft beers on tap and more than 30 bourbons that round out a selection of handcrafted cocktails to satisfy nearly any palate. The restaurant purchases local and creative handcrafted elements, and the menu offers a fun dining experience for locals and guests alike! Barrel & Bushel is open for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and times in between.

We are seeking an energetic leader, someone with a fun and caring personality. Is this you?

Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  1. Overseeing restaurant operations
  2. Maintaining cleanliness standards
  3. Scheduling staff
  4. Training new employees
  5. Responding to guest inquiries
  6. Managing payroll
  7. Coaching & providing feedback to colleagues

This is a fast-paced position that requires presence throughout the restaurant; in the outdoor patio, inside the restaurant/bar area, and kitchen as needed.
