Concord Hospitality Enterprises Co. is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager for Marriott Hutchinson Island Resort / Concord Hospitality to lead our food and beverage team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, ensure consistent service, and drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in restaurant management, preferably in hotels or resorts.
• Strong leadership, training, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations, cost control, and service standards.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support staff in delivering exceptional service, food quality, and consistent execution
• Ensure meals are prepared and delivered timely with proper plating, portioning, and temperature
• Train, mentor, and develop team members through onboarding, ongoing training, and daily line-ups
• Participate in menu evaluation, product selection, and beverage procurement including liquor and wine
• Assist in budgeting, cost control, and meeting F&B financial targets
• Execute marketing initiatives, enhance guest experiences, and drive revenue opportunities
• Monitor labor and operational performance, providing coaching and feedback to maintain standards
