Qualifications

• Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching.
• Ability to oversee restaurant conditions and ensure compliance with health standards.
• Demonstrated ability to use P&L and reports for making changes.
• Ability to interpret operating manuals and procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft products, ideally Word and Excel.
• Ability to multi-task, bend, stand, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.
