What You Bring

• Desire to lead customer service, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader.
• Ability to oversee restaurant conditions, ensuring compliance with policies and health standards.
• Strong focus on food quality, presentation, and freshness.
• Ability to analyze P&L and store reports to drive improvements.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting manuals and documents.
• Computer skills, preferably Microsoft Word and Excel.
• High School diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience in restaurant management is acceptable.
• Capability to multitask, perform physical activities such as bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
