What You Bring
  • Leadership skills in customer service, training, and coaching.
  • Ability to oversee restaurant operations and ensure compliance with policies and health standards.
  • Knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and freshness standards.
  • Ability to analyze P&L and store reports to drive improvements.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • A High School diploma or GED is preferred; candidates with at least one year of management experience may also qualify.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks such as standing, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
