What You Bring

• Desire to oversee customer service, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader.
• Ability to ensure restaurant conditions comply with policies and health standards.
• Experience in food preparation, presentation, and freshness.
• Ability to use P&L and store reports to implement changes.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting manuals and instructions.
• Computer skills, preferably in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• High School diploma or GED preferred; at least one year of restaurant management experience if not.
• Ability to multi-task, perform physical activities, and lift up to 50 pounds.
