What You Bring

• Desire to oversee and lead customer service, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader.
• Ability to manage restaurant conditions, ensuring compliance with company policies and health standards.
• Focus on proper food preparation, presentation, and freshness.
• Ability to analyze P&L and store reports to implement improvements.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting operational documents.
• Computer skills, preferably with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• A High School diploma or GED is preferred, but not required if you have at least one year of restaurant management experience.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks, stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.
