A leading convenience store chain in Michigan is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager who will oversee staff and enhance customer service experiences. This full-time role offers management training and competitive pay. Applicants should have at least one year of restaurant management experience and possess skills in customer service leadership, compliance oversight, and food preparation. Qualifications

• Desire to provide customer service leadership and coaching.
• Ability to ensure compliance with company policies and health standards.
• Strength in food preparation and presentation.
• Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change.
• Proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel).
• A High School diploma or GED is preferred, but not required for candidates that have at least one year of Restaurant Management experience.
• Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead the restaurant staff in customer service.
• Ensure restaurant conditions meet company policies and health standards.
• Use P&L and store reports to make informed decisions.
• Collaborate with Restaurant Leader on staffing, scheduling, and operations.
• Use store reports and P&L to identify and implement improvements.
