What you bring:

• A desire to oversee customer service, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader.
• Ability to oversee restaurant conditions, ensuring compliance with company policies and health standards.
• Strength in ensuring proper food preparation, presentation, and freshness.
• Ability to use P&L and store reports to drive improvements.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting operational documents.
• Computer skills, preferably Microsoft Word and Excel.
• A High School diploma or GED is preferred, but candidates with at least one year of restaurant management experience are also considered.
• Ability to multitask, perform physical activities like bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
