What You Bring

• Desire to oversee and lead customer service, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader.
• Ability to ensure restaurant condition complies with policies and health standards.
• Strong skills in food preparation, presentation, and freshness.
• Ability to use P&L and store reports to drive improvements.
• Proficiency in computer applications, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.
• High School diploma or GED preferred; at least one year of restaurant management experience is acceptable.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
