What You Bring

• Desire to lead and provide customer service, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader.
• Ability to oversee restaurant condition, ensuring compliance with policies and health standards.
• Commitment to proper food preparation, presentation, and freshness.
• Experience using P&L and store reports to drive change.
• Ability to interpret operational documents and manuals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• High School diploma or GED preferred; at least one year of restaurant management experience is acceptable.
• Ability to multi-task, perform physical tasks, and lift up to 50 pounds.
