What You Bring

• A desire to oversee and lead customer service, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader.
• Ability to ensure the restaurant complies with company policies and health standards.
• Strong skills in food preparation, presentation, and freshness management.
• Experience using P&L and store reports to implement changes.
• Ability to interpret operational documents and manuals.
• Proficiency in computer skills, preferably Microsoft Word and Excel.
• High School diploma or GED preferred; minimum one year of restaurant management experience if not.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
