The Assistant Restaurant Leader supports the Restaurant Leader in daily operations, upholding Raising Cane’s standards and culture across all areas of restaurant operations.
The physical environment includes working in a fast-paced kitchen, which involves extended periods of walking, standing, lifting, and bending, and interacting with customers. Work may be indoors or outdoors, in varied temperatures, around food, allergens, industrial equipment, and cleaning products requiring PPE, along with physical activities to fulfill job responsibilities.
