Job summary

Arc GLOW provides residential services in New York and seeks an Assistant Residential Manager to support the Residential Manager in supervising staff, coordinating schedules, and delivering high-quality supports to residents.

You will supervise Direct Support Professionals, ensure OPWDD compliance, and maintain open communication with residents, families, and providers. Arc GLOW offers a comprehensive benefits package including time off and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Valid NYS driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Physical ability to transfer and lift people with mobility restraints.
• Team-oriented with a drive to help others.
• Ability to use a computer proficiently.
• Previous supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in completing accurate paperwork to maintain OPWDD compliance and agency policy.
• Ensure documentation of services provided is maintained.
• Provide supervision to Direct Support Professionals with the Residential Manager.
• Maintain open and positive communication with people served, families, and other providers.
• Use various software platforms for job functions.
