Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience supervising staff in a residential care setting.
• Experience caring for developmentally disabled adults in a residential setting.
• Ability to accommodate a flexible work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Residence Counselors and assist in scheduling staff.
• Ensure Individual Service Plans and goals are implemented.
• Communicate with residents' family members in absence of Manager.
