New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) is seeking an Assistant Resident Building Su for overseeing daily maintenance operations at development and supervising repairs of structures and equipment. The role includes managing inventory, inspections, and work orders in Maximo, with a focus on residents' apartments and public spaces.
Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma (or equivalent) with several years of maintenance supervisory experience, including two years overseeing others.
