You will supervise staff, support a short-term residential program for youth with developmental disabilities, and coordinate with families and partners to plan successful transitions back to home, school, and community.

Devereux Connecticut is proud to offer a s hort-term residential program for children and adolescents, ages 8 to 21, with intellectual and developmental disabilities who require an additional level of support. The program provides stabilization, assessment and transition planning. Professional staff work with the individuals, families and service partners to help prepare individuals for a successful return to their homes, schools and communities.
Starting at $23.50 hourly (commensurate with education and experience)
