Seven Hills Foundation is seeking an Assistant Residence Director to oversee day-to-day residential operations and support individuals with developmental disabilities in the community. You will work closely with the Residence Director and a multidisciplinary team to promote independence, health, and personal growth.

Pay: $22.50/hr with an additional $1/hr for active MAP certification
Schedule: (FO) Tuesday 9-5pm, Wednesday 8a-4p, Thurs & Friday 3-10pm, Saturday 3-11pm. Mandatory staff meeting every other Wednesday

As an Assistant Residence Director, you'll work closely with the Residence Director and a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, person-centered support while promoting independence, community involvement, and personal growth for the individuals we serve.
Starting pay is $22.50/hour, with additional differentials based on location and qualifications. Cape-based programs offer a $1/hour differential. An additional $1/hour differential is available for employees with active MAP certification.
All asleep hours are paid at $17.50/hour and are not subject to differentials.
