Seven Hills is seeking a dedicated Assistant Residence Director to support the day-to-day operations of our residential programs and help individuals with developmental disabilities thrive in their communities. This role provides hands‑on leadership experience and opportunities to develop skills for future operations management.
Pay: $22.50/hr with an additional $1/hr for active MAP certification
Starting pay is $22.50/hour, with additional differentials based on location and qualifications. Cape-based programs offer a $1/hour differential. Martha’s Vineyard programs offer a $4/hour differential, with the exception of the Franklin Street program, which offers $3/hour. An additional $1/hour differential is available for employees with active MAP certification, except at non‑Franklin Street programs on Martha’s Vineyard. All asleep hours are paid at $17.50/hour.
Schedule: Tuesday 9a-7p; Wednesday 11a-7p; Thursday 11a-7p; Friday 11a-7p; Saturday 9a-3p; Mandatory staff meeting on the first Tuesday of each month from 9a-11a.
