Job summary

Broad River Rehab in Columbus, OH is seeking an Assistant Director of Rehabilitation to join our CCRC. The role is salaried, full-time, with 30-40 hours per week and interview-based offers.

You will co-manage department operations and work with PT, OT, PTA, COTA and SLP to deliver high-quality therapy services, while supporting clinical excellence and staff development in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure.
• Long Term Care Management and Assisted Living experience preferred.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Physical Therapy (Doctorate preferred) or Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Net Health and PCC systems and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee therapy services (PT, OT, PTA, COTA and SLP) in a Continuing Care Rehab setting.
• Co-manage department operations with the Director of Rehab.
• Support clinical excellence and staff development.
• Foster a collaborative environment that empowers therapists.
